Chief Operating Officer
Malcolm is responsible for managing the delivery and support of customer projects. He has over 20 years experience in the software industry and has worked in a variety of managerial and technical roles in the UK, USA and Europe.
John Fussell PhD
Technical Director
John is responsible for the overall technical management of the Aerogility solution. He has over 15 years experience as a software architect and developer and is an expert in Java J2EE and Microsoft .Net software technologies.
Steve Osborn MSc
Aerogility Architect
Steve is the original architect of the Aerogility system and is now responsible for managing the design and development of the Aerogility Aerospace & Defense Agent Library and customer multi-agent models. He has over 20 years experience in designing and implementing real world artificial intelligence and distributed object oriented systems.
Rodney Hornstein
Chairman of the Board
Rodney is a senior executive with extensive knowledge and experience across the IT industry. Previous roles include Marketing Director of ICL and Chairman and Managing Director of Gestetner International.
Gary Vickers
Chief Executive Officer
Gary is CEO of Aerogility Limited, President of Aerogility Inc. and is one of the company’s founders. He has over 25 years experience in the software business, working in project, business development and management roles.

Brian is a chartered accountant and formerly the Finance Director of MR Data Management plc, a quoted company in the information handling business.
Sidney Cordier
Non-Executive Director
Sid has worked in the information handling industry in the UK and the USA for over 40 years. He was previously group managing director of MR Data Management plc and now acts as a non-executive director of both public and private companies.
Professor Nick Jennings
Chief Scientific Advisor
Nick is Vice-Provost (Research & Enterprise) at Imperial College and acts as a chief scientific advisor to the UK Government. He also has a chair in Artificial Intelligence in the Departments of Computing and Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He is an internationally-recognized authority in the areas of artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, cybersecurity and agent-based computing. His research covers both the science and the engineering of intelligent systems.
Professor Michael Luck
Chief Scientific Advisor
Michael is a professor of computer science and Executive Dean at King’s College London’s Faculty of Natural and Mathematical Sciences. He also leads the Agents and Intelligent Systems Group. He is a leading expert in distributed electronic business systems using dynamically generated, cross-organizational contracts.
